The Caregiver Network
The Caregiver Network (TCN), formerly the Caring Voice Network, needed a new strategic brand outlook and digital property to better showcase its groundbreaking work.
We built the TCN brand around the idea that it was the premiere broadcaster of health and wellness content for caregivers across Canada. We wanted to give the brand the feel of an online television station through which caregivers could tune into their needs by tuning into TCN’s many health and wellness channels. In short, make content king and give caregivers more power to flip through the information they needed now.
The web property was built to optimize engagement and simplify user experience, while providing a selection of tools for TCN’s Network Partners to broadcast, manage, and track their content and subscribers.
An 80% increase in web traffic in 3 weeks, a growing user base, and an ever expanding and vibrant online community were just some of the early indicators that the strategic groundwork that we had laid was creating a clearer pathway for caregivers to get access to vital information and support.
