This innovative tele-learning network in support of family caregivers needed a clear communications strategy to build their brand and grow it across Canada.

Watershed built the strategic and operational framework and created all of the digital and creative assets for the program. The website is the cornerstone of the program. A custom CMS was built that allows site administrators to manage, track and report on user’s as well as providing a suite of operational tools that guide the user through the tele-learning portal and help to sustain community partners across the country.

Started in 2004, the Caring Voice Network has received special recognition for its unique programming and has grown to be the largest tele-learning network in Canada in support of family caregivers.
